I began taking EFA formula while working during the day and taking classes at night to help with remembering my busy schedule. My hair, skin, nails and never looked so good. My memory and mood have leveled out as well!

My children and I are taking EFA Formula, and I am convinced it has made a different in my children's performance at school. I also believe it has cured my nightly restless legs problems. It's a great supplement!
