This powdered multi-vitamin is fast-acting, easy to absorb, and versatile. I keep a bottle with me to sprinkle on my foods throughout the day, because it does not require refrigeration. I can savor a dash like a sublingual or mix a whole dose into a power smoothie if I want. As an amateur athlete in my mid-fifties, I appreciate the energy, stamina, and convenience of this product.

The powder is good but there people who can't use citrus so can you do some with out citrus some people want to try it but the citrus in there they can't use and that's true i tried it one time and it damage all my hair am okey with the tlables it do me no ham but some people ask for Liquid or the powder but the citrus in it don't work with them so what can you do to help please let me know thank you.

I only give it a 4 because of the orange that is in it every one can't take orange and they will like the powder insted of the tablets so i wish if you could do some with and with out i knoe i use it and it don't work with me cause i can't use orange but the tablets work so please see what you can do about that thank you.

My teenage daughter has issues when it comes to swallowing vitamins. I have tried even the Two-a-Day Daily Extra with no luck. Since I know how much she needs a multi-vitamin I was happy to find that Daily Extra comes in a powder. With no arguments she now drinks her vitamin everyday. Thank You!

I have a two-year-old who I give this to. He loves it and I love that it is so good for him. Sometimes it is hard to dissolve in water/juice so I quickly throw it in the blender with the liquid and it comes out perfectly. Would recommend.
