I have used rhis one a day vitamin for 5 years,and would not use any other-easy once a day protection,and if its good enough for Dr Mcbarron,its good enough for me!!

A multivitamin that really does make sense. Not too much of anything, not too little so there is no worry about undesirable interactions with other supplements, meds, etc.
