Comments: All my family reaches for the Bio-C especially if a cold is felt coming on... Daily does increased to 4000-6000 (depends on body size) for at least two weeks knocks out all cold symptoms. Along with Daily Extra these Vitamins have keep our family healthy. |

Comments: When I take this with Vita Logic's Allergy Formula, seasonal allergies can't touch me!! I notice a huge difference when I start forgetting to take them during the allergy season. Needless to say, I don't let that happen often. |
