I heard about dual action cleanse on duke and the Doctor. It was recommended for a gout sufferer(Ive suffered from gout for years) Dual action cleanse works great. I was having small, infrequent bowel movements and realize how important it is for our immune system to clean out our colon and kidneys and liver, This product has been the best I have ever tried.
