I took them for 1.5 days and woke up feeling very sick with flu like symptoms. Runny nose, aches, and pains, etc. Red splotches showed up on my inner thigh, stomach, and sides.
I think I am having a very bad detox from bad diet. I am going to stop using them for a few days and try again at a lower dose.
