I switched to 2 a day because taking one a day along with all my other vitamins, did, on occasions, irritate my stomach. However, since I swtitched to 2 a day, I do not have any irritation.

Dr. McBarron says people taking it have more energy. I was skeptical but I DO have more energy. I also appreciate very much that smaller pills are available in the 2 a day, & that there is a nice smooth coating that makes them easy to swallow. I have been looking for a good multiple for years & this is it!

This is the first vitamin that I've found that I know raises my energy level. It's the one supplement that I remember to take every day because it's so important to me. I love being able to take 2 a day instead of the larger one a day version.
