All my family reaches for the Bio-C especially if a cold is felt coming on... Daily does increased to 4000-6000 (depends on body size) for at least two weeks knocks out all cold symptoms. Along with Daily Extra these Vitamins have keep our family healthy.

I have used this product for 5+ years and have not been sick (cold,etc.). It gives me the essentials needed to combat germs, bacteria, etc that causes one to contact various diseases.

I was told to take the BIO C 1000 mg. BID to help with healing a hole in my back and to help me keep from catching a cold several years ago by my doc. IT WORKS. Thanks Vita Logic.

Itake Bio-C faithfully every day but wish you would break it down into 2 a day, as I sometimes have difficulty swallowing the large pill.

Works for me. Haven't had a cold, bothered by my allergies or sinus infection for nine months. That says a lot and I relate most of that to this product and others I take from IHL.

When I take this with Vita Logic's Allergy Formula, seasonal allergies can't touch me!! I notice a huge difference when I start forgetting to take them during the allergy season. Needless to say, I don't let that happen often.

Absolutely the best, My hubby suggested I try the Bio-C as I was having problems with sensitive teeth/gums. I no longer have the problem, my overall dental check ups are better and its doing more than just improving that I know

I LOVE VitaLogic Bio-C! It is so effective at knocking down a cold. If I take it at first sign of sniffles or scratchy throat, I can almost always beat the cold from coming on! If I do catch cold, then taking Bio-C lessens the duration and effects! Awesome product!
