FOS is included in this product to assist healthy growth of acidophilus and bifidus organisms. BerryDophilus™ can be used by both adults and children. Because it is sweetened with Xylitol, chewable BerryDophilus™ won't harm teeth and it tastes great.

Suggested Use:
