As a premenopausal women I have found my stomach is forever bloated even while exercising 3-4 days per week. I have also had bowel movments issues for as long as I can remember. The acai 3 step program helps with both of those issues for me!!! I am now anxious not taking the above supplement.

I've experienced no harshness with the cleanse. I've not been on the productive for 2 weeks yet, but so far, so good. I was afraid I'd be tried to restroom access, but it has not interfered with my home, work or church activities, even while traveling.

I like this web site. i listen to the radio station, in Russellville Arkansas, on 101.3 while i work, im an deliverly driver for O'Reillys Auto Parts. I do need some inforamtion on these, breast cancer, heart condition, and thyroids.

It gets a 4 because I hate taking pills and I have to remember to take the 2nd half of the pills later in the day. And my track record isn't very good. However the set cleansed, gave me energy and I felt less inclined to go after the not so healthy vending machine snacks during break. I didn't feel the need for the mid-day pop or coffee to get me through work. This is the second time working the 28 day program. I will do it again.

I'm 53 years old and no matter what I do I keep putting on more weight as I age. I've tried many weight loss products in the past two years and thought this was going to be the one. I lost a few pounds at the onset, but none since. I have two weeks of product left so am still hopeful. If that doesn't cut it, spring has finally arrived and I'll just have to get outside and exercise it off as best I can. I don't believe the product is as fault, I believe it is totally age related and hormonal.
