IHL Essentials seven day cleanse kit is a complete body cleansing product that is high in fiber and natural laxatives, and helps cleanse internal systems and restore regularity! 1 Packet mid­morning, 1 Packet mid-afternoon, and 1 Packet at Bedtime for Seven Days.

Other Ingredients: Gelatin, magnesium stearate, and stearic acid.

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take one (1) packet mid-morning, one (1) packet mid-afternoon, and one (1) packet at bedtime for seven days. Allow three (3) to four (4) weeks between cleansing cycles. This product should be taken in conjunction with a sensible diet high in fresh fruit and vegetables.
