Ingredients: Maltodextin, fructose, psyllium, natural
citrus flavor, oat fiber, alfalfa, parsley, bee pollen and royal jelly. Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take as follows: Adults (13+ years old) mix 2 level scoops (15 grams) in juice (preferably orange) or your favorite protein shake. Children (4 to 12 years old) mix 1 level scoop (7.5 grams) or as recommended by a healthcare professional. Contains no yeast, no sugar, no starch, no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.
