long should it take for me to receive my order?
If you provide your e-mail address at time of order placement we’ll gladly send
you order progress alerts and tracking information. Orders ship within 24
business hours of being received. Ground shipments leave via courier (UPS, Fed
Ex or Postal Service). Below is a chart with estimated transit times for
destinations within the continental U.S. If you don’t have an e-mail address you

The Institute for Healthy Living offers Flat Rate Shipping on all ground orders.
Our standard rates for shipping and handling are as follows. All domestic ground
shipping is free on orders totaling $100 or more; excluding International,
expedited, or special packaging shipments.

Destinations Outside the U.S.:
Standard delivery rates will be charged for shipments going to Puerto Rico,
Guam, the Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO addresses and they will be sent by U.S.
Postal Service.
Customers will be responsible for any Customs charges or taxes imposed by the
destination country. Please note that we are unable to ship to some countries to
due to customs regulations.

Orders or Out of Stock Items
In
the event there is an item you’ve requested that we show as ‘Back Ordered’
please be assured that we are working quickly to get these items to you. To make
up for this inconvenience, we do waive the shipping and handling costs
associated with your Back Order.
Deliveries:
Please notify us immediately should you find that your order has not arrived
within the estimated time frame and we will investigate it promptly to minimize
any further delay.
Damages:
We
make every effort to safely pack and ship all packages, but sometimes they may
be damaged in transit. Please report such damages to us as soon as possible.
Return Policy:
If
for any reason you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from us, you
may return the unused portion for an exchange or refund (less shipping and
handling) within 60 days from the date of purchase. Returns that are older than
60 days will not be accepted. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed for ten or
more of the same item. Only one opened item of the same product is eligible for
return. All other returns of the same item must be in the original
factory-sealed packaging for a refund.

for your return or exchange. For exchanges please indicate the item you
