How long should it take for me to receive my order?
At the Institute for Healthy Living, all orders ship within 24 hours of being received. We ship from Southern Georgia and typically use FedEx Home Delivery. We also can ship via The U.S. Postal service when required or requested. You can expect 3-5 days in transit for the east coast and 5-8 days in transit for the west coast. Orders shipping overseas, to Alaska or Hawaii will take slightly longer. A customer service representative can quote in-transit times more closely for you.

Special Note for Canadian Shipments: The Institute for Healthy Living is now a NAFTA certified shipper to Canada. This means that we are able to have your shipments pre paid and cleared through customs. Brokerage fees and Taxes will be prepaid and the packages will arrive directly at your door. On your invoice you will see a Tax amount which covers taxes and brokerage fees. We are able to ship duty free which saves you money. If you would prefer to Broker your packages directly, please let our customer service representative know and they can remove these charges. You will then be responsible for clearing the package through customs and paying any necessary fees.
